Hi all. I have been out of action for some time, but now I am back. Here is an environment I created to get back into the swing of things and remember what I had forgotten.
It is also viewable in Blink3D. Click on the link below. Currently it is about 16MB.

Thanks for all the nice comments.
Deled is truly a powerful creation program and this project utilised almost all of it's features.
Handless, the pins are 3D and all individual models. 80 in total.
Jeroen, in answer to your question, yes, it was totally built in Deled Pro. I could have taken a lot more time to refine it, but it was a quickie to get me back on the forum, which I have missed over the past few months.
Maybe some of you gaming programers out there could use this and make it playable? Just a thought.
Some info about the model:
Objects: 279
Lights: 33
Polygons: 531248
Edges: 798622
Vertices: 268810
I could probably reduce the above by deleting polys that would not be seen in the environment. I could also make smaller lightmaps to help reduce file size. However, I like to push things to the limit. You can always work back from there.
I am now creating a new environment. I will post it when done.
Once again, thanks for your comments and thanks to Delgine for Deled Pro.
Kind regards Brian |

Well, I'm very much impressed! I like the details in the scene. Also the texturing and lighting are very nice. Not too fancy, but good enough to make it an attractive scene indeed. Can't wait to see what you'll come up with next.
I do wonder though... over 500.000 polygons... doesn't DeleD think this is too much?? |
