Hey there!
I've just discovered your litlle wonder of a program and I've been immediately seduced by its simplicity. I'm currently a student in computer graphics sciences (3d programming to put it shortly) and I've been looking for ages for a simple modeling software that I could use to create my scenes and basic objects in. Some of the plugins i downloaded allow me to export the scene as an xml file which is perfect for easy loading from my programs. The lightmap generation is just icing on the cake, since I can now make pretty decent sceneries in a few clicks.
I'm seriously considering buying the pro version, but I want to work with the lite version for a while and check out the possibilities offered by the plugin system until I take my final decision, since 50 euros isnt light on a student budget like mine even if it's definately a nice price for such a great application.
Anyway, thanks for the nice program and making a lite version available! |
