Can someone explain me how to make a texture with an alpha channel, so that the things around the texture that i need become invisible.

and do you see it invisible in deled? because when i make a texture with
A_(texturename) i doesn't become invisible in deled. And when i open that in realmcrafter it is invisible.

1) Open PhotoShop (or The Gimp, if you want free software)
2) New Channel to create alpha channel
3) Paint white in the alpha channel where you want opacity; black where you want transparency
4) Save As TGA with 32 bit resolution
5) Place inside the DeleD Textures/Whatever directory

DeleD materials don't have a "blended" option, so I would assume they do not appear transparent within DeleD.

The "A_" naming convention is specific to the Basic environment that RealmCrafter was written in, it's not generally recognized by other tools. You have to check with the manuals for that tool to see the behavior of that convention.

I'm assuming you're joking, but no, MS Paint does not support alpha channels. Try The Gimp if you want free software. The UI takes some getting used to, but it has lots of features.

Maybe paint.net supports it.
