Same old low poly similar look and feel crap from me...
Another WIP Background for my puzzle game. I might actually keep this one... This is done in Deled 1.4beta, which is finally starting to come on it's own with all the bugs being fixed.

As usual, I like your blue neons effect very much.
Should try myself one day, but have no good reason for now.
How do you feel in the 1.4 testing center ?
Do they treat you well ?
Do they give you food, drinks, ... ?

They aren't really neon as much as they are 'unlit'. I'm just doing it right in the editor now. I select all the faces not to be lit after a lightmapping job, and I just put their texture back on.
I need a "More Bang For Your Buck" sale sign ontop the door to the bombhut.

More of a bad workaround. Since the surfaces are now wasting lightmapping texture space. _________________

Workarounds are bad by principle... Some people at my dayjob think that creating a program is to link numorous workarounds together in one executable... |

Well this workaround works a lot better than my previous 'nl' usertag. I had to loop through the materials twice for nothing. Now it just uses the material without the lightmap that is already in the list, so it's a cleaner process.
I wonder if I could use the 'nl' to interact with a plugin, and have it done automatically? I'm really unsure about what I can and can't do with a plugin. _________________

Finished, before I ruin it...
Ack, I forgot about using Deled's brick texture... what's the story with using those?

Very nice! I'd like to use one of your pics in the gallery! Got a specific one you'd like to contribute? |

If the brick texture comes with any recent DeleD version, you are free to use it whatever way you want (so no royaltees, credits or whatever are needed... this is the "go forth and do as you wish" license ). |

I was going to dump this, but I cleaned it up and moved some parts around, and IMO, looks much better.
Also, here is another background. Wish I could get the pots smoothed out more. I don't think it needs it's own thread.

Yep, it's better.
Looking good! I love the way you use the lightmapper. _________________ Behold! The DeleD Wiki! Please help us expanding it
