Another easy suggestion that's self-explanatory.
I think these all stem from my laziness, but then my laziness is what brought me to DeleD. In this case, I just don't like lining up whatever I want to zoom in to with the center of my window, zooming, fixing, zooming again, just to get close to something. It would be nice if there were a "zoom to selection" option, but I think this one is more useful. _________________

There is a Zoom To Selection option - see the popup menu when right-clicking the views. |

Hahaha, yeah...Do you ever just have brain farts at really wierd moments? The inspiration for this thread was me messing around with that "Focus on Selection" button and thinking "Gee, that'd be cool if I didn't have to worry about that and could just automatically zoom towards my cursor." Then I go and write the thread and suggest that it would be cool if we had a "Focus on Selection" zoom function.
I'm going to go ahead and blame it on me being sick right now.
But I'd still like it if zooming automatically went towards the cursor. And if I could just use the middle mouse button instead of shift + the right mouse button in the 2D views... _________________
