I purchased Deled 3d 1.0 editor a while back.
I just had to reinstall it due to the purchase of a new HD.
The problem that arised is that when opening Deled the textured view does not work and when I change setting to solid view it does.
any suggestions on correcting this?
I have an Nvidia fx 5700 vid card
win XP Pro
1 meg DDR 400 memory
3000 Mhz board
thanks any help would be greatly apreciated.
By the way I use Deled for 3d Design used in creating Blink 3D Env's
cheers

Hi Azteck,
welcome to these forums. Here are some thoughts:
1. You mention DeleD 1.0 . Could you try downloading the latest latest version of DeleD from DownloadeD (1.52 or 1.53, depending on when you read this message) and re-install?
2. Vampyre Dark mentioned the drivers. They are crucial. We get reports on 'this and that view doens't work' and 'I get random errors while browsing/clicking the views' about once a month, and each and every time they turn out to be driver problems. So even if you are 100% sure you are on the latest drivers, it would be great if you could re-check/re-install those just to rule that one out completely!
3. You mention "the textured view does not work". What exactly do you mean by "does not work"? Don't the textures show up? Doesn't any geometry show up at all? And the grids? What does it look like? Do you get any error messages when accessing this view, or at any other time?
We have no known issues resembling your problem, so if it perseveres, any additional information you can provide is most welcome! |
