Does anyone know of any good cheap or free batch color converters? Where I can take hundreds of Images, and make all the green hues into red hues for example. I'm working with ancient palletized bmps where a brown hue = transparency, and want to upgrade them to png alpha channels so brown hues -> alpha

I think imagemagick should be able to do this, and it's free. Some like -transparent #rrggbb' should to the trick.

However, I'm not sure, as I never found the time to get myself acquiented with the gazillion options it has to offer....

If you have photoshop, I believe you can program series of actions to be taken for each image.
