Is it possible to get vertex snapping for the grid primative like the cube primative.

Or if there is already a way could someone tell me how.

Make sure snapping is on first (F8).

If it still doesn't work, open the object inspector while that object is selected and change the snap method to "vertex."

Finally, don't forget that you have to move the vertexes (or the whole object) to get them to snap (a simple click will do).
