I never noticed the old site being slow, hence the question. We weren't expecting the new server to be faster (it just was a whole lot more... cost effective, so to say Wink

), but perhaps it is. Or perhaps the lovely provider people decided to install our site on an empty, shiny new monster server...

Yeah, could be, but Mappy is in the EU as well, and Dave is in the UK, so for them the tcp packets don't have to build a tiny raft to cross the atlantic... Very Happy

The old server was a tad slow for me, this one is much better.

I think the new packets are building cigarette boats. Smile

The old server loaded a little slower than this one. It may be that your new host has more bandwidth available? and your old one was over extending?
