offer to enter the additional options in menu of the creation object - snap methods which dubbed in menu object. ( of course having saved their there where they there is and presently ) This much usability - choose the way snap when making object - than afterwards after making object somewhere climb in menu to adjust the characteristic object. As well as add the hot keys of the choice of the method snap to grid to chosen object or group objects.

I had a similar idea, but I'd like those toggles in the toolbar at the top.
Something like this:

That makes no sense. You don't use the same snap method for all objects. You would destory objects by having the wrogn snap method selected when selecting an object. As soon as you click on it, it would snap to vertices and destroy it's shape. Snapping is per object, not a global setting. _________________

That isn't meant as a global setting. It's just to change the snap method of whatever object you currently have selected or are going to create.
And for those cases in which you do happen to switch the snapping method, it wouldn't destroy anything since those changes only take place after you modify an object. _________________
