Finaly got round to making a model (wish i could control 3d view ).Seeing all these spiders i just had to make a model of the late Bert. All cylinder primitives then a bit of vertex moving.
Hope you like my furry friend |

Looks good, a solid mode screenshot or a lightmapped one would be nice _________________ Behold! The DeleD Wiki! Please help us expanding it

Lightmapping doesn't show so well on rather dark textures. Also, dark objects can be seen better when put in front of a dark background! That way, there's too much contrast. At least, I feel so. _________________ Behold! The DeleD Wiki! Please help us expanding it

( shows i'm no good at lighting Very Happy ). |
you lightmapped you spider good but you need to take the screenshot from the other side so you see half shadow half light.
when taking a screenshot dont take it from the same side as the light is :wink:otherwise you dont see any shadow so it looks like it's not lightmapped.
also dont take the screenshot to much at the dark side because then you won't see anything |
