I HAD snap objects to grid turned on for line an object up, but now I want it off so I can clone and resize an object without the object's size snapping to the grid. I turn it off in options, but my cylinder which is supposed to be 95 meters continues to jump to 100 meters????

Also, i think that whole section is borked anyway. I can see the CENTER of the object snapping to the grid -- thats what we want, but when you are in object mode, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT expect the SIZE of the object to snap, especially when I have set the size manually. I would only expect the CENTER of the object to snap to the grid.

Its current behavior is extremely annoying.

Do you have the Snap Method of the cylinder set to Center? Check the Object properties to be sure.
