|
|
Been experimenting with this new screen recorder I downloaded. Decided to try and record a time-lapse of a simple building in deled. Quality isn't great but I didn't feel like waiting hours for movie maker to finish the movie file. I'll record the texturing process to.
I went ahead and recorded the skinning too and added it to the movie file. I don't know how (if you can) re-upload videos to youtube so I uploaded it to a different url. Just skip ahead to see the texturing ( might make you dizzy. )

That is really cool! Could we persuade you to youtube/googlevideo this stuff? It would degrade quality even further, but it would also make the video a lot more accessible (streaming!) to the world (not to mention a lot friendlier to your personal band-width)... and everyone should really see this stuff, it's amazing. I personally especially enjoyed the parts where you very adequately stiched up seams/missing polies in the model, because that's something you don't get to see often with those solid modelers/sketchup videos floating around.
All in all, great stuff! |

,
ok I rendered it again ( with better quality ) and uploaded it to youtube. The server i'm using for my site has a good bandwidth limit but your right, it's much better to post it on youtube.
I updated the link on my first post. |

Would be nice if you could also download it, then run slower in VLC player so one can better understand what you did there!
Other than that, great job These videos are a good way to learn about the workflows of others _________________ Behold! The DeleD Wiki! Please help us expanding it

*lol* I told him to make it streaming, and you tell him to make it downloadable again. You've got a point though.
Now I'm off to announce the video on the site news, cause I think it's awesome. |
