(i know i have a lot of requests just keep them if you think there's something to gain from them)

actualy in the uv editor when we scale something we scale it in all direction by moving the mouse, to have a precise placement it's not really acurate

can we have the option to resize by draging the botom-right corner so we can place the top right corner of the face where we wan't on the texture to start and scale it more precisely ?

EDIT

well a night sleeping is good for reflexion Smile

i guess this won't be easy to implement as is because faces are not squares i mean there's not alway a top lef vertice Smile

we really need to have a way to fit our textures the way we wan't in a precise way.

maybe a function to scale the texture as it fit x time the with of the texture same for the height so we can fit the edges of the texture right on the edges of the face.

we also need to have the scale ratio in the object inspector when we select a polygon as we can use it for different objects made later to match the exact size of the texture.

actualy it's too tricky to match textures size.

You can do this with the UV editor.

Perhaps a radio button in the scale properties to keep the x and y the same ratio. I've wanted this also. When you move the mouse with that button on, the x and y, or u and v will scale the same proportions in both, or all directions.

You just need to hold CTRL for that, it's the same as with objects or any other primitives.

Well, it's clearly documented in the Wiki... (ok, so I secretly just added it Wink ... this is the exact reason the Wiki exists, we need to work towards better documentation...).
