Under the Scene tab, there's a field for the number of polygons in the scene
The object tab also has a field for the number of polygons in the currently selected object too. |

100.000 polygons? That's a lot! How is DeleD handling these amounts? |

Well it's kind of slow but I got used to it..Luckily I have a pretty strong computer. it's a wide spread scene so I tend to turn to wireframe mode on perspective view in order to move from 1 area to another. |

Alternatively, you can hide parts of your scene using the Visibility tool. |

I'm always hiding parts, doesn't affect performance though |

If not drawing a substantial part of a scene doesn't affect performance, you've got a really fast graphics card, I think. |

Actually it's still slower than it should be.. I think the hiding function is only a visual thing that doesn't affect performance at all.. |

does deled use intermediate mode or features like VBOs and vertex arrays?
the poor performance points more into the direction of intermediate mode |
