How about right now? Wink

A new update of the B3D Plugin is available at the plugin download page. It now supports loading textures from a specified file path.

I love you ! lol

It's perfect, but just for the importer.

I have a little suggestion for the exporter.
Now, when you export, textures and lightmaps are in the same directory that the B3D file.

The suggestion is that : choose the path of textures and lightmaps.

By example :
we have a B3d file with a texture texture.bmp and a lightmap lightmap.bmp.
We choose these directories : tex (for textures) and light (for ... lightmap)
So
Code:
B3D file
tex/texture.bmp
light/lightmap.bmp

It' s better than
Code:

B3D file
texture.bmp
lightmap.bmp

I got no problem having the texture and the lightmap in the same folder; I think it's more up to how your engine handles these things. But many thanks for the update PJ! Very Happy

I added an optional texture-path to the todo-list. Not too sure about the seperate lightmap folder. Lightmaps are (to the B3D file format) no different from any other texture, so it feels rather arbitrary giving them a separate folder.

While textures (and lightmap) are in a different folder, it so cool.

Thank you Paul-Jan !

For afecelis, i think it is better for a best organization Smile

Nope, it's on the todolist. At the moment, other things have higher priority I'm affraid.

Those other things being a Torque export plugin, multiple/changable viewports, advanced fileformat and other things for DeleD 1.5. Wink

Not really. I'll post here when we get around to do this little update.

We usually try to collect a few items to do at once, to avoid distribution overhead. Another thing that helps boosting priority is huge amounts of users asking for it. For now, this is one of those things you 'squeeze in between'. Won't be too long... Very Happy

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for the B3d plugin. It is not in my download section. My first time posting and I love the editor...
