The theme
The theme of this competition is build-your-own-scene.
- Environment: Pick 1 out of: outer space, the beach, Tokyo City, medieval town, abandoned goldmine, desert, Route 66.
- Props: Pick any 3 out of: UFO, fruit machine (= slot machine), umbrella, oil lamp, sheep, big red button, water well, limping zombie, chocolate bar, go-kart, six shooter, crumbling wall, ball, saloon, paper lantern, train, bamboo.

The obligatory props don't need to prominently featured at all, as long as they are visible. All sorts of twisted combinations, additional elements, open-minded interpretations etc. are allowed. Get creative people!

The rules
1. You need to be a member of the forum to join the competition. If you want to register an account just to upload your competition entry, that's fine, but you'll need to at least introduce yourself here before the system will allow you to upload your entry.
2. The compo will run to midnight, September 14, Amsterdam time (GMT+1).
3. All entries should be made in DeleD, without any postprocessing. Both LITE and PRO will be accepted (but will be judged by the same standards, so PRO entries have an advantage).
4. For the winning entries (and possibly others as well), we will request the .DXS file used to create the scene. Failing to hand over the .DXS will result in disqualification of the entry.
5. The winners are decided by public voting. All forum members get to vote. However, joining the forum just to upvote a friend is not appreciated, and said votes will be disregarded.
6. Delgine reserves the right to use all images uploaded for promotional purposes.
7. Post any questions/remarks you might have about this competition on the forum. Right here in this thread will do fine.

The Rewards
- First prize: $500,-
- Second prize: $250,-
- Third prize: $100,-
(prize money will be transfered through PayPal)

Voting
1. Login into the forum.
2. Visit the competition gallery to see the current entries.
3. Click on the stars below each image to vote. A little checkmark denotes the images you already voted on.
4. You can revisit the page and change your votes as often as you like.

Tokio City for me, with a paper latarn, crumling wall, ball

i change the water well in a oil lamp

becose if they make a water well at a beach they have salt water

and they onley need to dig about 2 meters

or just walk 5 meters

Ok, I'm in. I'm not entering for a prize. Just challenging myself to do better. My first attempt is in the gallery.
I chose the beach scene with umbrella, beach ball, crumbling wall, and tavern, (me own version).
The scene is quite small and I used a couple of prefabs. (the trees and chairs)
The scene is 5836 polys.

Thanks for submitting, that's great!

I really like what you did with the 'saloon' concept, the tropical bar idea is awesome . I don't like the prefab chairs so much, they don't really seem to fit the scene. Your sky scares me. Would explain why there is no-one on that beach though...

I rated it 3 stars right now, but I'll definitely be re-evaluating my votes while the competition is running.

Also, I just considered that maybe _I_ shouldn't be voting at all, but I happen to like voting, and am hoping my voice will be statistically drowned out by the masses.
