It's good for your first model! you just need to work on the textures, and maybe a lightmap?

p.s (you finally came to the delgine forums?Razz I saw this model a month ago at mmorpgmaker)

I've lost the competition to a total noob. Laughing
That's looking really good. It'll look even better with textures.

I like that, but your roof textures are sideways.

Click on your object to hightlight it.
Go into face mode and select the roof face, then rotate it. That will rotate your texture for you.

I like your stuff. Usually when people post their first things, they post one object. You are posting entire scenes. That's very good, you're just jumping right in there.

To improve from here, I'd suggest working on the blockyness of your objects. Play with the grid (CTRL + / -) to get a smaller size and make things thinner.

Right now, it looks like everything is done on the same large grid, and it looks like big lego pieces of something.
