CSM Importer Texture Problem

When I try to import a CSM from Cartography Shop, no textures are imported. I have the correct path for the textures selected in the importer. I also have the import UV and Textures radial selected. The error message I get says the textures are not located in the Deled texture path. Is there something I am doing wrong?
