Paul Nicholls has created 3 very nice plugins for you to use:
- Milkshape Importer
- Milkshape Exporter
- Milkshape Editor
With these little gems, you'll be able to use Milkshape in your graphics pipeline. Remember, Milkshape has lots and lots of importers/exporters of its own so this enables you to export to virtually any format out there.
Thanks, Paul! _________________ Check out Figuro, our online 3D app! More powerful 3D tools for free. |

Hi all,
Just so everyone realises, the ms3d importer doesn't support joints yet, but I will work on getting that feature added ASAP
cheers,

It's a bit hard to tell from that, what does the output path look like you are trying to export to?
Does the destination folder already exist?
I just checked my code, and the plugin is attempting to create the export folder if it doesn't exist, but it doesn't create the texture folder...
cheers,

Any chance you could send me the DeleD scene so I can try exporting it?

Thanks for the file Spaddlewit...
That level is huge! LOL...no wonder the exporter doesn't work on it
As you have observed, you can only have 65536 vertices and 65536 triangles in a ms3d file...
You either need to shrink down the level, or only export a sub-selection of it.
ms3d is usually only used for smaller objects, and animated characters, etc.
cheers,
