Optimise works great.

This is a start of a hospital. (think old peoples home)
No textures yet. Just the basic start of the building.

kinda looks like one of those open houses they look so good but then you realize you can never afford it. I don't really see the old folks home/hospital in it though.

I love the windows but it seems that there are too many of them to be a hospital/ old folks home. Looks like a really expensive house that would be near a lake or something.
