Thanks to the power of open source, we have the first bug-fix release less then 48 hours after DeleD going open source.
Turns out version 2.4 contained a little remainder of the original DeleD PRO copy protection, checking the file after 10 minutes and silently shutting DeleD down. Needless to say this kinda hampers your workflow when you are modeling that awesome new scene!
So if you happened to download 2.4 yesterday, make sure to grab 2.41 from the front page or straight from SourceForge.net.
Thanks to haojiezhu, haojiezhu, refuse and wayneg for reporting the issue... and special thanks to tpascal, who made available a quick hotfix for those who needed it. |

LOL! I thought it was just me and my cranky machine - I was using a compiled version from the source code and just thought something was wrong! haha
