I would really like it if DeleD had a numerical editor, so you could edit a piece of geometry by the English or Metric scale (inches, millimeters, etc). I've got some old blueprints (ordinance drawings) that are in inches and it would make modeling more precise if I could go directly from the measurement units to geometry. Silo 3D has one if you are still confused about what I am talking about. Anyone else interested?

DeleD length units are generic units, with no systematic scale attached. You could take one unit and regard it as an inch or so, so adding such an editor wouldn't make much sense to me, as the user is the one who defines how long a unit actually is.
