Make highlight color customizable

Hey guys

What about making the highlight color for (vertices, edges, polygons etc) customizable?

This color is now hardcoded (red). Highlighted polygons are also red by default. It's impossible to see the difference between a highlighted and a selected polygon.

I suggest we add this color to the "color options". Note that I'm talking about a single highlight color, because I don't see any reason to use different colors for highlighted vertices, edges etc..
