Is there currently a way in DeleD to snap to the nearest vertex, rather than snap to grid?
Also, it might be nice when moving an object, to be able to choose a vertex as the 'snap anchor', so you can move objects on a grid without every vertex snapping to a grid location and messing up the geometry. (The anchor will snap to the grid/vertex, and then the rest of the vertices are translated by the distance of the anchor's old position vs. the anchor's new position).
Just some more ideas...if you need a better description I'll be happy to oblige! |

To answer your first question No not at moment.
I wrote a plugin to do the second. Can be found in this Thread http://www.delgine.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3445
In future I do intend to intergate this into Deled. |

Excellent! Please do so. I bet it won't be that difficult. |
