Finished! Not much to say about postwork that the blog doesn't already say. I actually did use Deled, as I havn't figured out a way of inverting faces in Silo... I did this by the book, first box modeling my basic shape, shrinking the legs/arms to make them less developed, then put into Zbrush to do painting/additional shaping. I then exported/imported back into silo to add Cables out the back (sorta visible), and the umbilical cord (ewww). My wife hates this... but in a strange way, I think it conveys how my daughter will probably be (geeky).

Scary picture, indeed. But - can you show a little of the work-in-progress?
The final picture doesn't show much HOW you did it. |

Really good model there. You mention a blog, but don't post a link to it. _________________ Some day I will grow up and be a real modeler.

Nice work there.
I don't really understand. Did you make the whole model with DeleD, or did you only use it to flip the faces? |

the... er... uterus (really a magnet-malformed sphere) which really isn't too prominent in the scene was made using Deled. The fetus was made in Silo. I was going to make it more prominent, but I liked the shadow and high contrast better. If you blew up the brightness, you'd probably see a bit of it . As for shots of progress, give me a few and I'll see about making some screens...
oh, and the blog
