Anyone know how to get skinned models into Unity properly?
Using collada/obj:
- mesh comes in, but it's not skinned
- i can apply a material to it inside unity, and see the UV's are ok
- but this would mean only 1 material per mesh.. |

When I do it, it can be a bit hit and miss for some reason. I export from DeleD in obj format and only have a single mesh. To get the best results, I create my meshes per material, then stitch them together once in Max. _________________ Politeness is priceless when received, cost nothing to own or give, yet some cannot afford.
