Quick concept of a not-so-realistic medieval row house. 30 minutes or so... not quite finished yet, need to add more wooden crossbeams and maybe add a chimney.

Solid:

Lightmapped:

*Update 1*
Added a sort of passage / gatehouse:

*Update 2*
Added a watchtower, not really happy how the roof turned out, might revisit later...

*Update 3*
Added the first wall prop, probably need to do at least two more variations of it to keep the repetitiveness down. Also blocked out a first draft for a small keep to connect wall props.

Could easily be used in RTS games. I like them. You gonna pop some textures on them?

30 minutes? It would take me all day to get the first house done.
They are looking great.

Tinkering too. Engine (rewrite and D3D11), other projects like AssimpNet, and working on a game concept (!) Smile.

Although not as much time to tinker like a few years ago. I work on CAD software for a living now!

@Starnick: Best of luck on your project!

I started to doubt my initial attempt at the keep since scale was not very thought-out so I've re-started work on on the keep / castle structures, for now the "medium" entrance gate is finished:

I plan on doing multiple entrances (small, medium, main), towers, walls and all sorts of houses you'd find in a castle. I hope i can actually finish this set :)

*Update 1*
Normal wall piece (with nice details at the back you don't see here) and a medium-sized watchtower. (Man DeleD still kicks ass for polygonal-modelling).

Thanks Jeroen & granada!
I could not do as much as i wanted yesterday. I managed to create a more exaggerated medium tower, a wall corner piece and a slightly diagonal wall piece:

It's pretty modular overall, so i can just duplicate a lot of elements and easily drag them around and fill in gaps.
