A SketchUp file was first saved from within SketchUp to .obj. Importing a .obj file with DeleD and exporting as torque, gives a error. Thus, the .map file with brushes inside is seen broken (exploded) in Quake Army Knife, which is a Quake 2 editor. If the SketchUp file has much lower poly, the error does not occur.

As can be seen in the message, the scene contains open geometry. A solid brush cannot be created and geometry is approximated, giving a bad result.
This is not a bug. You need to manually fix the geometry or provide good geometry from Sketchup to start with. The latter is best, of course. This also explains why you don't get this result when you provide less polygons. The geometry can be converted to solid brushes in that case. _________________ Check out Figuro, our online 3D app!
