ok, still doesnt work.
I have two possibilities to define inculde files, one under compiler/options, there are the following paths:
C:\Dev-C++\Include\G++;C:\Dev-C++\Include\ (C++ include files)
The other possibility is under Project/Project Options, where it say 'Extra include libraries', this one is empty.
I am quite sure that this hasn't anything to do with your templates, rather with my lack of knowledge of dev-c++.
I still get the same two errors:
c:\temp\support.h: In method `void StringList::LoadFromFile(char *)':
c:\temp\support.h:66: no matching function for call to `String::clear ()'
I tried to include slist.h directly, but to no avail. |

Stop, everyone calm down.
Everything works fine!
I just downloaded the Dev-Cpp Version 4.9.9.0 and now everything works!
[EDIT]
So forget my previous post. Just download the templates, unzip these in the templates folder, start devcpp, open a new project and select the appropriate project.
Great work! Thanks, Il Buzzo! |

So does this mean you're gonna create a few nice plugins for DeleD too dirkk? |

To be honest, I thought about picking up the ball of writing the .map exporter.
As a Torque owner I am sort of oblidged to do that, right? Plus I have some experiences with the map format.
But then again I have only limited time, and I am not a very experienced C++ programmer. I guess I will do the following: I am starting on it for a given amount of time and see how well it goes (but I didn't promise anything :-). |

Hi Jeroen,
I've practically recoded a portion of project due to some data loss, so I changed some
thing but the substance of plugin is the same.
Today I've added the following paint options:
-Rise a zone (and the opposite as well).
-Blur a zone
-Add noise to a zone
-Set to an a zone to a fixed height (you could create a road in example)
-Reduce
I'm just now caring of load and save.
After this I'll add some graphics icons to paint options and the game is done.
Bye

Hi All,
Here another new shot of a volcano painted by me with new paint functions
(I'm not so good with hands free painting ).

Now that I think I forgot to add rotate left and right image, so I must go.
Bye, final version is really (quite ) here. |

Hi All,
Plugin is almost done, just some little tweaks, here you are these new 3 shots rapresenting a complete landscape creation:
now let's pass all to deled:
and this is DeleD's final result in color shading mode:
I hope you like these screens, I've actually sent a complete (there are just some additions to do ) beta of this plugin to Jeroen!!!
I'm now adding compatibility with other file formats and I'm writing a little help for this Plugin.
So this week-end everything will be ready (at least I think so....)
Bye |

Hi All,
I finally finished my Advanced Landscape Plugin.
I'm now writing a better help and tutorial, but you can download my release candidate from:
http://www.ilbuzzo.net/downloads/AdvancedLandscapePlugin.zip
You have just to unzip these files in plugins folder in deled and the game is done.
Play with this so you can signal me eventual bugs I can correct in this version (if I can ).
Bye and enjoy with this plugin . |

It all seems to work perfectly, good job! I would like to mention that the landscape plugin is capable of generating very detailed landscapes. This is good but it produces lots of polygons and you might find DeleD not being able to handle that many polys... |
