Wow, great stuff, thanks! Just goes a little overboard with the freaky phsychedelic palette-tweaking now and then, but that's probably a matter of taste
E-mailing him right now to ask wether it's ok to include one of these with DeleD. Never hurts to ask, right? While I am at it, any of those skyboxes you like best? (and doesn't make you feel like you're on acid...)

I don't like any of them personally. |

Doesn't anyone make just general perpose skies without the nature / mountian / ocean treatment? None of those look good unless you have a vast outdoor terrain, and the skybox is drawn way out in the distance. |

hehehe, it seems like no one does! Everyone wants to live in an acid planets with purple-greenish oceans and weird peeks coming out like breasts from the ground!
Beleive me, I've been looking for a skybox that looks a bit less "gamish" and a bit more "real-lifeish" for years without success. (mmmm new English word?)
Another thing you could try is trying to make your own in Terragen; it's not complicated and there's a bunch of tuts on that. |

Aren't you not allowed to use your Terragen output for comemrcial purposes unless you purchase a license?
I could supply some sky planes to Deled users, in fact, I already mailed a nice plane to Jeroen, just not sky boxes. I have a few pictures of the sky, and I know how to layer clouds. Just doesn't work so well in a box. |

You mean, to be used in skydomes or 180 degrees spheres?
I'd be interested in checking them out.
If possible send them to me at my email.
thnx!
ps. About terragen skyboxes: yup you gotta buy a license for commercial use, but I'm sure many ppl are doing hobby stuff. Once you need to get serious I guess buying a license won't be a problem since they're not very expensive (US$99). A good investment, just like getting Deled pro |

No. Planes. Or better yet; 'A plane'. |
