The Textures are from ' Djipi Cel-Shade Texturepack ' for Zelda OOT on N64 Emulator. Smile

I am assuming it is legal to share those textures. If it's not, I'm going to be one very angry administrator (no spreading warez around here) and completely and utterly destroy that post. Wink

the texture is just the water texture that is included with the texturepack he downloaded, and then he set it to modulate in the material editor (because thats the only way to get some transparency in DeleD LITE)
